The deal between Paf and Buongiomo SpA includes the WingaTV television channel.<\/p>\n<p>The acquisition will also see Winga become a subsidiary of the Paf Group while Winga\u2019s activities will continue operating under the Winga brand and online at Winga.it.<\/p>\n<p>The television channel integrates with the company\u2019s online gambling offers and games programs are broadcast each day via the Italian digital terrestrial television network and online streaming.  The channel\u2019s output is linked to Winga.it\u2019s gaming offers.<\/p>\n<p>Based in Milan, Italy, <strong>Winga<\/strong> offers players casino, poker as well as bingo products and is powered by software from Playtech, the world\u2019s largest supplier of online gaming and sports betting software.<\/p>\n<p>Winga was founded in 2010 and currently has 27 employees.  The company uses local gaming licenses and operates within the regulated Italian market.  It\u2019s revenue reached 10 million Euros last year.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Chief Executive Officer of Paf, Anders Ingves, the acquisition of Winga is part of their strategy of continued internationalization and expansion.  He also said that they see huge potential in Winga\u2019s well established operational base in combination with Paf\u2019s international industry experience and huge range of products.
